I had never heard of the startle reflex until I saw it first hand with Rosemary….and boy is it cute. Most of the time, this reflex is triggered by waking her up or moving her from a relaxing spot. But today, the dogs happened to bark while I was recording her and she was, well, startled!
P.S. Ignore the weird noises throughout the video. I’m trying to figure out how to use my nice camera for video, and the sound you hear is the camera continually autofocusing….
